My role
Frontend & UX
EZdealer is an online car-selling platform. During my internship there, I identified user concerns over limited car image perspectives. In response, I designed and implemented a 360-degree Car View Plugin with interactive hot spots, greatly enriching the user's car viewing experience.

Interview questions:
Can you tell me about your experience with car shopping on our platform?
During your car shopping experience, is there anything that you care about the most? For example, pricing, previous repairs, or insurance.
what is your usual process when you navigate and use the features of our platform?
Could you describe your experience when choosing cars?
If you think there are some hinderance, what additional information would you like to see?
Is there any other new feature that would help you to better learn about the car during your shopping experience?
How do you thing implementing a 360-degree car view feature in your user experience? how important would you rate this feature on a scale of 1 (Not important) to 5 (Very important)?
Is there any additional feedback or suggestions you have for improving our platform?
I used a research method called affinity mapping to card sort the answer I received from interviews
Through user interviews and insights from the Affinity Map and User Personas, users consistently struggled with the "checking car detail" phase of the customer journey. The three main issues were: a limited number of view angles, the absence of interior space checks, and insufficient details about the car. These areas demand prompt UI/UX attention.
360 degree car viewer showcase
I interviewed 10 car buyers to user test the design from the home page to the 360 degree feature. Base on their feedback, I created versions of iterations.
